The monthly upkeep that keeps the accountability record current.
What it is
The monthly upkeep, with the accountability record at its core. Two variants: record, policy, and triggers (€ 750), or including the technical maintenance of the systems we've built (€ 1.500). Cancellable monthly.
What it does
Keeping the file current with every change: new guidance, an amended law like the Digital Omnibus, a new tool, an incident, a role change. Repeating the training whenever a trigger calls for it. The systems kept updated and monitored. And every quarter, one question on the table: what's the next piece of busywork we take away?
How it helps
Accountability isn't a snapshot. Today's evidence is out of date next year: the law shifts, tools change, people move on. Without upkeep, everything that's been built slowly slides back to the old situation. Not from unwillingness, but from being busy. The Partner prevents that, and the record makes the value demonstrable every month: at any moment, the organization can show that its AI use holds up. The file is, and remains, yours. Whoever stops takes everything with them; whoever stays, stays because it's working.
The steps
The handover: everything that exists (sorting map, scan report, file, systems) taken under management.
The rhythm: a monthly check, a quarterly conversation, an annual review.
At every trigger: whatever is affected gets updated, and the file logs what and why.
What isn't included
New build projects; those remain separate products with their own price. The Partner does flag where the next one sits, though.
