Where it starts

What we build (and what we don't)

For the worlds we know: education, consultancy, publishing, research. Searchable knowledge bases that show their sources. Proposal and accountability pipelines that draft from earlier work. Conversion and publishing pipelines with the editor as the last step. Assistants built on your own methodology. And the layers a scan found missing.

What we don't build: systems that assess, select or admit people. That falls under the strictest European regime and belongs with specialists. If that's where your question sits, we'll say so in the first conversation, not in week three.

How a project runs

Three steps, and you can walk after any of them.

Work it out first.

Every project starts with the analysis: how the work really runs, where the busywork sits, and what it's worth to take away. If you've done the scan, this is already there. If not, this is step one. Always. We build nothing before the problem is sharp.

Then build.

Fixed price, fixed scope, agreed before anything starts. Not a demo that collapses in week two, but something you can run on every day. You watch it grow and sign off each step. Count on an hour a week from your side, no more.

Then hand over.

The system runs under your own accounts, with documentation in plain language and a walkthrough for your people that doubles as proof of literacy. You can carry on without us. Most don't want to, but you can, and that's the point.

Afterwards

A system isn't a project that finishes; it's something you keep up: rules change, your work changes, and there's always a next piece of busywork. Whoever wants that takes the partner arrangement: we keep the systems sharp, the record current, and find the next bit of gain. Monthly, cancelable, no fine print. Whoever doesn't, carries on alone. It runs under your own accounts, after all.
