You have to decide on AI. But who do you talk it through with?

Coaching for directors and managers, online and about the decisions in your own work. You walk away with agreements, not a certificate.

Two people in conversation at a table
  1. Your team already uses AI, and you have not yet settled what is and isn't allowed.

  2. Questions are piling up that you have no answer to: where does an answer come from, who approves it, and what if the system makes something up?

  3. A course teaches your team to write prompts. The decisions stay on the table, and those are yours.

What you take away

After every conversation you get one A4 with what you decided. An A4 like this can look like this.

Example agreements

  • Client documents do not go into a free AI account.
  • A person approves every proposal with AI text before it leaves the building.
  • We start at level 2: one tool, set up on your own material.
  • Anyone who wants a new use first tells you where the data will live.
01

Your own work.Every conversation is about a real decision in your own organisation, not examples from a textbook.

02

Decisions, not a certificate. You keep agreements: what is allowed, who approves, where the data lives. On one A4.

03

Online, at your time. The sessions go in your diary, not on fixed dates in a room.

04

For your sector.Research, consulting, education or publishing and editorial: the examples and the risks come from your field.

Four ways to spar

01

Sparring programme

One-to-one with a director or owner. Each conversation is about a decision in your own work: may a team paste client documents into an AI tool, who approves AI work before it goes to a client, which level first.

  • Who for a director or owner
  • Format four online conversations of 75 minutes, questions by email in between
  • Duration six to eight weeks
You take awayafter each conversation one A4 with the agreements

02

Management team session

Half a day online with the whole management team, for the decisions that are stuck: what is and isn't allowed, who approves, where the data lives, what comes first. The Working Session looks at the work. This session is for deciding.

  • Who for the management team
  • Format one session, online
  • Duration half a day

03

Directors' circle

An online group of four to six directors from the same sector. Everyone brings a real case from their own work and learns from colleagues with the same questions. We put the group together in consultation, so competitors do not sit at the same table where that matters.

  • Who for directors in research, consulting, education or publishing and editorial
  • Format online, four to six participants
  • Duration four sessions of two hours over eight weeks
You take awayyour own case worked out, and how colleagues handle the same questions

04

Ongoing sparring

A fixed point of contact for when models and rules change. One conversation a month, and you can send questions by email in between.

  • Who for anyone who wants a fixed contact after a programme
  • Format one conversation a month plus questions by email
  • Duration ongoing, cancel any month
You take awaysomeone who looks along when something changes, and agreements that stay up to date

You don't have to start with the first. Which one fits depends on who decides and what is open right now.

How a sparring conversation runs

Before the conversation

You send a piece from your own work. That is what the conversation is about.

In the conversation

75 minutes, online. We walk through the decision and you make a call.

After the conversation

Within a day you have one A4 with the agreements.

Article 4 of the AI Act: organisations that use AI systems take measures to ensure, to their best extent, a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff and others who operate those systems on their behalf.

This is how you start: an intro call of half an hour.

You tell us what you're dealing with. Afterwards you know which of the four fits, or that none fits yet. No follow-up call.

The Working Session, € 399.

Ninety minutes with the core team along your own workflow. Where it may go faster, and where credibility is at stake. You get one A4 with three observations and one recommendation. The amount is credited against a scan within three months.

The Working Session

Intro call, free.

A half-hour conversation about where your hours go. We won't chase you afterwards. You'll know whether this is for you, and so will we.

The Accountability Scan, fixed price.

We go through your AI use and knowledge work. What is demonstrable, where the gaps are, where the routine work sits and what it costs. You get a report in plain language, with an order of attack and a cost estimate. The report is yours, whether we continue together or not.

The AI Accountability Scan
After that: setting up a tool, training a team, or building a system. And when it pays off, a standing partnership in which we review the AI use at set intervals and you get a written report each time. What that involves is in the offer.See the offer
