Every product has one price, and it's listed below. No billing by the hour, no surprises afterward.
A quote only for custom work — and only after the scan.
A custom build never starts without an analysis up front. First the scan, then a scoped proposal with a fixed price.
The scan pays for itself.
Whoever moves ahead within three months of the AI Accountability Scan gets the scan fee deducted from the follow-up.
Cancellable monthly.
The Partner has no annual contract. Whoever stops takes everything with them — the file is, and remains, yours.
Grants for SMEs.
For the training, the SLIM grant can cover a large part of the cost. We don't arrange that for you, but we do point the way.

The Supplier Scan
Free
Eighteen criteria across six protective layers — a free self-test for your next supplier conversation.
Not included: A judgment on your specific situation or contract. That's what the Second Opinion is for.
Assess & scan
The Sorting Session

One half-day to sort all your material into what can and can't go through AI.
Not included: A legal judgment on the lawful basis for processing; that remains work for the data protection officer or lawyer. The map does make that conversation concrete, though.
The Second Opinion

An independent assessment of the proposal, contract, or system on the table.
Not included: Negotiating with the vendor on your behalf, and legal contract drafting. The report does give your lawyer exactly the points that need adjusting.
The AI Accountability Scan

The full audit of your AI use and knowledge work, with an order in which to tackle it.
Not included: The implementation itself. Every recommendation points to a concrete follow-up product or to "do nothing," but the choice is yours. Whoever moves ahead within three months gets the scan fee deducted.
Training & policy
The AI Accountability Training
€ 4.950 · up to 20 employees, then € 95 per person
AI Act training tailored to your own tools, with an assessment that measures judgment instead of memory.
Not included: Compliance on the heavy obligations (human oversight, logging, fundamental-rights assessment) — that's implementation, not a lesson. And no certificate, because an official AI Act certificate doesn't exist, whatever a vendor claims.
The Working Policy

Two to four pages of policy a team is still following a year later.
Not included: Sector-specific compliance frameworks and legal review of the lawful basis for processing. The policy does make visible when that review is needed.
Build systems
The Office-Memory Assistant

Ask something, and the answer comes from your own sources — with the location included.
Not included: Documents with personal data, until the legal basis is in place. And no integration with external systems outside the agreed scope; anything extra runs through additional work at a day rate or a follow-up product.
The Material Pipeline

Speeding up the repetitive work around material, with a human who always signs off.
Not included: Everything at once. One operation first, proven, only then expanded. That's not a limitation, it's the reason it works.
The Front Office

Recurring questions handled on their own, decisions always go to a human.
Not included: Executing payments, commitments, or changes in systems; that lies technically outside the model. Integrations with calendar or booking systems are possible, and help determine the final price.
Custom Build

Custom-built for the busywork that doesn't fit a standard product — only after a scan.
Not included: Systems that assess, select, or admit people fall under the heaviest legal regime; there, the work starts with the honest question of whether it's wise at all.
Upkeep
The Partner

The monthly upkeep that keeps the accountability record current.
Not included: New build projects; those remain separate products with their own price. The Partner does flag where the next one sits, though.
